These Terms of Use apply to your use of wimmconcierge.com (the "Site"), operated by Wimm Concierge ("Wimm," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About this site
The Site provides general information about Wimm and our private residence concierge services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote or contract. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Wimm, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on the Site.
Using the site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
use the Site in a way that breaks any law or harms Wimm or anyone else;
try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or its data;
interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code; or
copy, scrape or collect content or information from the Site by automated means.
Information you send us
When you request a consultation or send us a message, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you. Please do not send sensitive details, such as access codes, alarm codes or financial account information, through the Site's forms. We will arrange a secure way to share those details once a client relationship and confidentiality agreement are in place.
Our content
The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, the Wimm name and the heron emblem, belong to Wimm or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except to view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Other websites and services
The Site links to or uses services run by other companies, such as Acuity Scheduling for booking and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Wimm app
Use of the private Wimm client app is governed by separate terms provided to clients.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wimm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
