Wimm Concierge ("Wimm," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through wimmconcierge.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only. Information we handle as part of providing services to clients is covered by our client agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a consultation, send us a message or book a time, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site automatically collects some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;
provide information about our services that you request;
understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and
keep the Site secure and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
Cookies
The Site is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies that are needed for the Site to work and cookies that tell us, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are most visited). When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Non-essential cookies are not used unless you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences button on the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work properly.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for them to do so:
Squarespace, which hosts the Site and processes form submissions and site analytics;
Acuity Scheduling, which powers our consultation booking calendar; and
our email provider, which delivers messages you send us.
These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other sites, such as our Instagram page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and consultation information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law. If you become a client, your information is handled under your client agreement.
How we protect information
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send access codes, alarm codes, financial account details or other sensitive information through the Site's forms.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us through the Site, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Info@wimmconcierge.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
