Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities.

What we have done

  • Text and buttons are set in colors with enough contrast to read comfortably.

  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions for screen readers.

  • Form fields have clear, visible labels.

  • The site has no content that moves or scrolls on its own.

Known limitations

Some features on this site are provided by other companies, including our consultation scheduling calendar (Acuity Scheduling) and our social media links. We choose these providers with care, but we do not control how they are built, and parts of them may not fully meet our standard.
